ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳’s Microsoft Office license agreement allows ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ ITS to make Office 365 available at NO COST to all ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Faculty/Staff and Students. The license allows you to install Microsoft Office 365 on up to 5 personal computers (PCs or Macs).

It is important to note, this is only available to you while you are current faculty/staff and students at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. If you leave the University, your copy of Office 365 will stop working.

Install Office 365

To install Office 365 on your personal computer, click the Get Your Copy button below or go to .

  • Login using your ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ email address (jdoe@jcu.edu) and your campus domain password (Same password that you use to log on to University’s computer or authenticate to Canvas).
  • Click install now and you will be prompted to save an installer file from Microsoft appropriate for your operating system to your computer. After the download completes, launch the file to begin installation of Office.
  • You will activate the software using your ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ email address (jdoe@jcu.edu) and your campus domain password (Same password that you use to log on to University’s computer or authenticate to Canvas).
