The Pack City Parcel lockers are located right around the corner from the Mail Center (right next to AD 7). ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Pack City provides students access to packages anytime their Carroll Card allows them into the buildings. Packages available after hours and weekends. Pack City will send emails directly to students with pick up information.

Pack City Parcel Lockers can be utilized anytime the Administration Building is accessible. Over sized packages that do not fit in these boxes and must be picked up at the mail center counter during open hours only.

Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Package X

Package X is a new system that the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Mail Center is now using to provide students notifications for their student mail received and any over sized packages. ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Mail Center with Package X will notify students via their ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ email of any mail or large packages that have arrived for pick up at the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Mail Center.

Incoming Package and Mail Services:Ìý The ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Mail Center accepts incoming packages and mail Monday through Friday from:Ìý

  • Amazon

When mail arrives at the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Mail Center, it is scanned and matched to the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ student database for email notification. System scans mail and packages and looks for student names to send email for in person pick up.

ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Mail Center bills departments for internal mailing services and gladly accepts cash/ MasterCard & VISA/ Apple & Google pay for all personal shipping needs.ÌýÌý

Tips and information to help with the mail and package process.ÌýÌýÌý

  • Please have your package(s) boxed and sealed for shipping prior to your arrival to the Mail Center. The Mail Center will weigh, measure and help with the labeling and shipping process at the counter.Ìý (Some assistance is provided with packing if necessary)
  • Please email the Mail Center 72 hours in advance at mailcenter@jcu.edu if you have a large mailing or shipping order, this will allow us time to ensure the proper supplies and staffing to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

The ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Mail Center has limited space and requests that all packages be picked up within two weeks of arrival on campus, we will return the packages to the sender after two weeks.
