The University Curriculum Committee (UCC) is responsible for shepherding new program proposals through the review process, ensuring parallel curricular processes across colleges, reviewing the universityÌýcurriculum from an institutional perspective, and maintaining a mechanism for faculty input into program closures. There is a direct line of communication between each college's curriculum committee(s) and the UCC, as well as between the UCC and the undergraduate Integrative Core Curriculum Committee and the University Committee on Educational Policies.
