This scholarship is awarded to a student who has exhibited strong academic performance and is enrolled in a major in the College of Arts and Sciences.
Bruce Lang '64 Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a student intending to study business at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, with preference given to students wishing to study accounting.
*Classics: Castellano Scholarship
One Full-tuition
This full-tuition, four-year scholarship is available to an incoming first-year studentÌýwho hasÌýstudied Latin at the secondary level for at least three years and intends to major in Classical Languages at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. Many recipients of the Castellano Scholarship also major in a second field of their choice in addition to classics. In order to retain the scholarship, students must enroll in a Latin or Greek class each semester and maintain a 3.0 average in the major and overall. Chemistry Department: Edmund B. Thomas Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to an outstanding incoming first-year student who intends to pursue a major in Chemistry. It is renewable annually as long as the recipient continues their study of Chemistry with a GPA of 3.0 or better.Ìý

This scholarship is designed to strengthen Ohio’s competitiveness within Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine (STEMM). ÌýStudents must be Ohio residents intending to major in a STEMM discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Neuroscience) at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. ÌýRecipients are required to maintain a 3.0 overall GPA and a 3.0 STEMM GPA each year to renew this award. *NSF S-STEM INSPIRED Scholars
Up to $15,000
Students who plan to study science or technology are eligible to apply for INnovation for STEM Pre-Professionals: Identity, Research, and EDucation (INSPIRED) scholarships. These scholarships, funded from the National Science Foundation’s Scholarships in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (S-STEM) program, will provide up to $15,000 per year to first-year students with demonstrated financial need and academic promise to succeed in STEM disciplines at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. Scholarships are renewable for up to four years for students who continue to meet eligibility requirements. This scholarship is awarded to incoming first-year students who are Ohio residents, have a FAFSA on file with ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, and are planning to major in one of the following programs: Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Chemistry: Biochemistry, Interdisciplinary Physics, Interdisciplinary Physics: Biomedical Physics, Nursing, or Psychology: Neuroscience Concentration. ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ is proud to partner with the Howley Foundation to offer an affordable college experience for low-income (typically full Pell Grant eligible) students who are graduates of Saint Martin de Porres, Benedictine, Villa Angela Saint Joseph, or Saint Joseph Academy high schools.
