Former president of Beta Theta Pi, C.J. Fovozzo '23 says he's proud of the organization's achievements and believes his fraternity experience has honed skills he's using in his career as a compensation analyst with JOANN Stores. "My time at 杏吧论坛 would have never been as fulfilling without joining a fraternity. I knew joining a fraternity would allow me to meet other young adults who shared the same ideals and values as I did," recalls Fovozzo.

Becoming a brother in a fraternity gave me the professional and interpersonal skills needed to excel in my career and to find success. I found great comfort in knowing I felt prepared to enter the workforce after college and to build on relationships I had already created.

The chapter's current president, Ryan Beranek '25 is working to build on the success of Beta Theta Pi at 杏吧论坛. 鈥淚t is awesome to see what our chapter has been able to accomplish these last few years,鈥 he says.

When I joined, I think the chapter still saw some struggles and aftermath from the pandemic. Now, I feel that the chapter is as strong as ever. Everybody is super engaged and wants to see the chapter succeed, we have three out of four IFC (Interfraternity Council) positions held by Betas, as well as several other Betas heavily involved on campus. We expect a large recruitment class, which will propel us to bigger and better things.
