Employees

Employees of Ӱ̳ are considered Mandatory Reporters under the Title IX Mandatory Reporting Policy. To help faculty and staff gain the skills and knowledge necessary to respond in a meaningful and helpful way to these matters, the Title IX Office offers three different kinds of training.

Sexual Harassment Prevention training is offered through an EverFi online training program. It is required of all Ӱ̳ employees (with the exception of undergraduate student employees). This training is available from within It takes approximately 45-60 minutes to complete the entire training, which can be done in stages, returning as many times as necessary to complete all modules.

To access the training modules:

  1. From , select your faculty or staff “Employee Dashboard.”Log in using your campus credentials.
  2. Find the menu icon [four small boxes arranged in a square] at the top left-hand corner of the dashboard screen.
  3. Select “Banner," then "EVERFI training” from the drop-down menu to access your individual course profile in the training system.

The Title IX Office provides periodic skill-building training to help faculty and staff learn how best to respond when learning about, witnessing, or experiencing sexual harassment, interpersonal violence, stalking, or other forms of sex discrimination. The Title IX Coordinator also offers regular customized training sessions to individual departments and divisions. Please contact the Title IX Office using the link below for more details and to make arrangements.

Students

The Title IX Office provides many kinds of training for students, including orientation training, violence prevention training for student athletes, mandatory reporter training for resident assistants, and trainings for student organizations, among others. To request a training for your student group, please contact the Title IX Coordinator using the link below.

Students have access to online Sexual Assault Prevention training modules through our Vector online-learning platform.
