    Payroll Schedules

    All non-exempt staffare required to electronically report time worked through the Employee Dashboard using a Time Sheet.

    Please refer to the Bi-Weekly Payroll Schedule for Time Sheet submission dates. Supervisor approval is due by midnight the same day.

    Employees will use their single sign-on to log in and complete the process. Instructions can be found below.

    Employees have until the 5th of the month to recordprior month’s time taken and to submit a leave report. Leave reports are to be submitted each month whether time-off is taken or not. Just a reminder,any time-off taken should be approved in advance by your supervisor.

    NEW: Supervisors have until the 10th of the month to approve their direct report's leave reports.

    Time should be entered inhoursrather than days. Exempt Staffare scheduled to work7.5hours each day so please be sure to enter7.5 hours for a full day and 3.75 hours for a half day.

    The Payroll and Human Resources Departments are excited to announce a new way to access your payroll, leave balances, and time entry using the new Banner Employee Dashboard, found by selecting “Employee Dashboard” from the Banner@Ӱ̳ homepage located atunder the “Staff” tab on the upper right of the screen. We encourage you to log in and explore the new site using ourtool. The secure Employee Dashboard has replaced the old BannerWeb for accessing information and services related to your employment at Ӱ̳.

    This new interfaceallows you to access not only your payroll earnings, deduction information, and leave balances, but also a benefits summary and your employee profile (which includes employment history and address information). Please note that leave balances for 2020will update after the first pay of the year.
